The other option for those with much larger budgets is one of the Kahlenberg horn controllers. Much fancier than the Fogmate and also gives buttons for day to day horn signals. Realistically though, the only thing the Fogmate doesn't do that I wish it did is an "anchored" signal (short - long - short).
