Texas or Louisiana long term hardstand storage

Looking to move the boat to the Corpus Christy area. Any suggestions on a yard for 3-5 months of affordable hardstand storage? I've called multiple yards on the Texas coast. Only one yes to long term storage, a yard in Rockport TX approx $650 / mo. If we keep the boat, I want to store on the hard while we move. Exploring options to keep vs sell. 33' -3" LOA 17,000lbs.

Try the Aransas Pass area, several shrimp boat yards there.
Was one in Ingelside, but I think it closed.
One on T-head in Corpus.
