Hi All,

New owners of a Uniflite 41 here. Seattle based but we have a place up on Whidbey (not waterfront) and we'd like moor her there in the summertime. Near the northwest end of Holmes Harbor, to be exact. Quite a few boats moor there seasonally, large & small, many on buoys. Anyone been thru the DNR buoy approval process lately? I've reviewed the forms and and it seems "relatively" (lol) straightforward, but I'd sure like to hear of other peoples experiences.
Thanks!

Welcome aboard and congrats on your new boat. We would love to see some photos of the boat.

It’s pretty straight forward. You either get approved or you don’t. Never heard of some one getting turned down.

That's good to know! Any scuttlebut on how long it takes? Months? Years? We have no frame of reference...
