Was the tug just there enjoying the show?! There was almost enough time for it to take a line from the stern and at least attempt to mitigate the damage/dangers! Yow!

I hate being on the end of the dock, or anywhere the fuel dock for that very reason. What the heck was that big of a boat doing in that small of a marina?
