+1 on that! Beautiful day though. We took off for a morning cruise around the point and up the coast off Point Loma for a bit - but had her safely in the slip by 1230ish.
Fantastic late afternoon potluck with our dock mates. Then watched SDFD and medics come transport a lady that had her kayak run over by a sailboat!! Great fireworks show seen from the safety of our beach chairs on the lawn at our marina.

I'd say that's definitely worth celebrating. I often wonder how much more I would be able to accomplish if I didn't drink alcohol. I come from a drinking family and married into another one, but it's starting to get a little old.

You may amaze yourself with what you become able to accomplish. Best luck. There are tools to get there and to stay there... " permanently" non drinking that is.
Tough row to hoe if those you live with drink fairly hard as general rule... bit... it is doable.

Good on you Mr. M.
Well on your way to that 10 year cake.
Being the good north coaster you are, I'm kinda thinkin' it had more to do with the three days before, than the 4th itself though, huh?

Nope. It was more like the previous 30+ years
