ISSPRO - excellent service

I discovered I had a mismatch between the metric threads of my engine's pre-turbo EGT port and the Turbocator combo boost and EGT gauge I got from ISSPRO. It was not their fault as I thought I had purchased the correct adapter. I called Don at ISSPRO today and within fifteen minutes he was back on the phone having gone out to the folks in their shop to ream out and fit an adapter he found to accept the longer probe he is sending me. I will send the now too-short probe back at which time appropriate accounting measures will be taken to even out the differences. GREAT service.

Isn’t it great when you get good service? Kinda unusual nowadays…

Unusual enough for me to take the time to type it up here for sure.
