Any love for the Catalina 362?

The 362 is an aft cabin model on a Uniflite hull from what I understand, built in the mid-80s. I've always been more favorable to smaller single cabin designs with aft cockpit, but for more summer-home type accomodations in a reasonable size, the CC 362 is intrigueing. Anyone with experience offer advice? Build quality?
