Thank you for a warm welcome

Well, just like to say "thank you" for such a warm welcome.
Being new to trawling but old in boating, I hope I can be of service with my gained knowledge around boats almost all my life.
I'm also a mechanical engineer so maybe I can help on some technical issues.
Best cruising wishes to everyone.
