Southern Comfort

With a 40 year background in Sailing that included cruising the east coast, the Caribbean and five cruises to Bermuda I’ve made the transition to the trawler experience. The past two years have been spent lovingly restoring a 30 year old Island Gypsy Europa Style trawler with twin 135 Ford-Lehman’s. Plan on cruising the North Caroline coast with longer cruises up to the Chesapeake, New England and the Hudson River and the Canals. Looking forward to a continued close contact with Trawler Forum! Trust we will all overcome the current scourge of Covid19, and can’t wait until it is a distant memory.:thumb!

Yup, what Dave said. Welcome to the forum and to the trawler life style, thought I can't honestly say that because I'm not a trawler owner.
