Serial love affair

Giving-up on the sailboat. I love sailing but these days it seems that I am always single handing. I am hoping (I think realistically) that my bride of 43 years will be more likely to join again me if she knew the rail would never be in the water. Being able to actually go some where rather than sail back and forth within a few hours of our dock seems like it would be fun.

The boat we would like to buy would need live on our dock (about a mile from the Chesapeake Bay on the Patapsco River) so we are limited to no more than 32 feet. So far we have looked at a 1986 Eagle 32 (which I loved). Next week we are going to look at a 1978 Grand Banks 32.

Welcome to TF. Geeesh, when I first saw the title of your thread I thought it was going to be about my high school years. :-)
