Greetings from another new useless guy. The long and the short of it is that my wife and I currently have a sailboat on Lake Michigan with a build slot reserved for a new blow boat to be delivered in 2023. We are currently about half way to semi-retirement but once we get to mostly retired, we would like to spend the bulk of our summers sailing the Great Lakes and the bulk of our winters on the ICW with some occasional cross contamination of motor and sail. I have some ideas about which trawlers we’d like but I’m just going to lurk around here for a while and then make a nuisance of myself when we get closer to a purchase. In the meantime, thanks to all for the information I am going to glean.
