Newbie here

"Hello TF, my name is Ray and I am a serial boat-owner." [group response....] "Hi, Ray, welcome! We are not here to judge....."

Greetings, all. LOOOONG time lurker here. This is a great forum - thanks to all the moderators and participants!

I am in North Carolina and I have a long history of boats, upgrades, refits. Some of the litany of boats we have enjoyed are shown below

I am a hard core DIY boat fixer/restorer/owner - like to do everything myself. Geeky-engineer thing. Doing everything "right".

Our current boat, Drifter, will be offered for sale in the coming months as we have decided to sell everything including the house, and move aboard a larg(er) boat. This will be a big adjustment!

Again, thanks for a great place to hang out!
