Long time lurker/dreamer here.
Searched for a trailerable trawler for a long time but didn’t find the right one.
Always dreamed of building a boat from 16yo reading the Glen L catalog.
Pulled the trigger and bought a CNC kit from B&B designs the Outer Banks 26.
This will be hull #2 and added a bracket in the design as well.
The hull is being built now by experienced builder in NC. Once it is painted and flipped, I will bring her home and build the house and fit her out.
I’m about 6yrs out from retirement so will plug away at it over the next few years. I am building a shop on property now as well so I will have a nice spot to work on her year round. Learned so much on here already, looking forward to more great advice. Promise not to ask about the best anchor
