Old sailboat mast makes a good donor, cheap if its bent but has enough straight section left for yours.

Mast
I have the Napa Marine looking around their yard for one, or the other thought is make one out of aluminum and have the top slide in and out so I can get under my covered slip, thanks for all the advice.

You can have that mast repaired properly with a good scarf joint. A good carpenter can accomplish this. Call KKMI yard for a recommendation or perhaps send Scary of this forum a private message, he may be available or can give a good recommendation for someone in this area.
