Hello, I have just moved to Charleston, SC. Part of my retirement plan is to purchase a trawler and cruise the eastern seaboard. We have experience in bareboating in the BVIs. Always owned boats, but never anything larger than a 24"er.
I am looking to learn as much as I can about the trawler life, as I am working on finding "her"!

I am a newbie to this site as well. Wondering how to post a "have" or "want" as a new thread. Can anyone give us both pointers? Thanks very much!

Most forums have a an area like this one for new members:How To Use The Forum, Site News & Account Concerns - Trawler Forum

Also, it's more polite to start your own thread, introducing yourself and telling us a bit about you rather than 'hijacking' someone else's.

Welcome to both of you!

Hi Aptbroker1, I found that there is a Classified Section, I assume you would be able to place your have or want post there. Boats, at a minimum are listed for sale there. Good luck.
