I just changed from being a two location member to a one location member.
We've been living aboard over two years now in Florida and if anyone is interested in a beautiful property in eastern Ohio with a log cabin and 13 acres its available at a much more reasonable price than Florida property. We've put an offer on an acre here to keep our equipment on and hope to soon have all the stuff local. Transitioning the business to a Florida business will have it's challenges. Ohio's Workman's compensation rates for employers is excellent but Florida's Unemployment insurance rates may make up for it.
Anyway, We are enjoying life here even though we aren't retired yet we are at least pretending to be. Enough of my rambling. Anybody afraid to take the leap PM me. Anybody with advice on moving a business into Florida, PM me.
Good Night All.
