New to this Forum

Hello All,
New to this forum. Ex(almost) sailor in a 38ft center cockpit sloop. I have had a recent physical problem that is preventing me from the use of my sailboat. Soooo...I'm looking into trawlers. Have seen several so far and I do have a favorite choice.........a Pilgrim 40. Has many of the things I am looking for, including almost everything (except stateroom) on one level, wide side decks, well protected railings, single engine with a bow thuster, and classic good looks.
If any of you have pro/con knowledge to share, it would be much appreciated.

There are several Pilgrim owners here and they are highly sought after boats. Finding one in good condition and reasonably priced can be an issue. There is only one for sale on YW at the moment but one of our posters, REAL MOUNTIE, would like to sell his boat without a broker. You might want to send him a personal message or do a search on posts with the word "Pilgrim" as the search word.

Welcome to the forum! Enjoy the search for your next boat.

I'm tired of fast moves, I've got a slow groove, on my mind.....
I want to spend some time, Not come and go in a heated rush.....
