My name is James. I am originally from Southern California but lived many years in New England and now live... well I am not sure. 2 years ago I sailed my sailboat "Chappy" solo from Marblehead Mass to South America where I met an amazing women and decided to stay. After a year together Ale, her daughter and I decided to spend the summer in the San Blas islands of Panama aboard Chappy...... and we loved every minute of it. So I flew back to New England and bought the Bristol. In a few weeks I will be departing Mystic and heading south down the ICW then on to Cartagena Colombia. Having sailed many miles and logging many hours in large powerboats in my life this is not as daunting as it may sound. I hope to share my experience with the group as well as I know I will run into a million new situations and will have many questions.

First question... How do you load a photo?

Greetings,
Welcome aboard. As long as it isn't a photo of an anchor I'm sure somebody knows how.

Steve, Las Caleñas son como las flores..... yes they are.

Thanks everyone. I am looking forward to getting started, the boat is in good shape but I want to have the tanks and fuel polished before I leave New England. Then I will hit the road giving regular updates.
