Hi everyone!
We just sold our beautiful Hylas 46 sailboat, having made the decision to move to a more comfortable mode of cruising. We are in the market for a newer but used trawler and like the Nordhavn 47 and Krogen 48 but feel we need to broaden our outlook and options. We are based in Southern California and would like to be able to travel to the Northwest and Mexico in addition to local trips to the Channel Islands. We would love general advice to sailors moving "to the dark side" as well as suggestions on boats we should consider. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!
