Now, as I suggested on another thread, please tell us a little about yourself and what your boating interests and aspirations are, so we have some idea of where you are coming from. Post some pics, if you already are on the water - doesn't matter what on. I started by poling myself round a farm dam in a large packing case when in primary school. Bigger boats tend to follow later of course, as it gets into you blood.
