Introduction

I'll try again.

Hi everyone,

New member here. Just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself. *Big fan of Nordhavn and Sea Spirit trawlers here. Very into long-distance bluewater cruising.

RE: Introduction

Welcome trawlerblogs. Tell us a bit more about yourself and if you are a current owner, (and if so what), a near owner, or looking to the future owner. You mention liking blue water sailing. Tell us about that. Any pics - they are very easy to post if not too large in naughty pixis.

RE: Introduction

Hi thanks for your reply!

Just a dreamer at this point. Grew up with boats in the family and spent the weekends fishing off of Fort Lauderdale on our sport fisher. It was a great time.

I am interested in passage making. Perhaps not a transatlantic or transpacific, but still interested in exploring PNW, Mexico, Carribbean, and more. I wish I had pictures.

RE: Introduction

Hi TB,
Welcome to this forum. Many of us have been here a long time. Cruise the archives, get aquainted and maybe learn someth'in. The book Voyaging Under Power is an excellent introduction to passagemaking.
