Howdy to all!

Howdy to all the fine trawler enthusiasts on this site. I have been a 'Lurker" for too long and it's time to join in. I have been messing about in boats for many years and reside in Chesapeake country. I am currently in between boats having sold my last boat in November (a PDQ-34) and have begun researching the next fun machine. (Are we ever not searching for the "Next" boat?). Anyway, I look forward to chatting with you all at some point and joining the dialogue.

Welcome aboard. Annapolis is a fun place to look for a next boat (spent a lot of time looking around up there doing just that).

Slowpoke, are you planning on going to TrawlerFest in Balt. this year?

Yes, it's about 15 minutes from my office. I plan on dropping by on Friday afternoon to check out the fleet. I displayed and sold my boat (PDQ 34) at Trawler-Fest last year. I like Baltimore but miss the Solomons Island vibe. Always a good show for Trawler enthusiasts. The seminars are usually worthwhile as well. Slowpoke
