Hello from upper Chesapeake

Greetings. Followed forum on app as a guest for the past two years, happy to now join. Retiring next summer, time to upgrade the boat (full disclosure, first sell the current one. And the house). Now to figure out the classifieds...

Welcome! Kept our boat at Worton Creek, just across the Bay from you, for a few years. Lovely country up that way. Several years ago a live artillery shell was unearthed near the entrance to the marina. Did they fire projectiles across the Bay in those days?

Thanks all! Can't speak to "long ago", but the Army used to fire from Aberdeen (Proving Ground) to Edgewood across the Bush River. Still an exclusion area there
