Hello Trawler Forum

Hi All, My first post. I have been watching the TF for some time and get a lot from all the input.

I live in Queensland, Australia and have a 40 foot Mimosa, which is a single level cruiser. My home cruising ground is Moreton Bay, mostly for me the northern end.

Thanks mark

Welcome Aboard! What anchor do you carry on that fine vessel?
(Sorry guys, I can’t help being a trouble maker.)

Mark, I’m pulling your chain a little with that question. When ever the subject of anchors comes up on this forum, EVERYBODY has an opinion. The thread can run to hundreds of posts and the conclusion is always You have the wrong anchor, it’s too small and you don’t have enough chain.

I usually warn newcomers to never us the ”A” word on this forum.
