Hello Weraz.
What brand of boat do you own?
What information do you want to know?

¡Hola! ¿En qué alcaldía vives? Me encanta su ciudad, pero la navegación no es tan buena.

Which, loosely translated was ...
"Hello! What city hall do you live in? I love your city, but the sailing is not so good..?"

and...

"Navigation is not good where I live too."

No hay problema - no menciones...
I just like translating...

Hello

Las alcadías are slang for the new districts after the city was reorganized in 2016. Roughly equivalent to boroughs. There’s an official name for them that no one remembers.
