I just purchased a 1991 Nimble Nomad! Having recently retired, I'm looking forward to cruising the Gulf coast. I'm not new to trawlers, and lived on a '77 Marine Trader 34 but didn't do much cruising due to job. More or less free now and ready to go.
The Nomad is very sound but the cosmetics are rough. She's a long way from Bristol. I'm sure I will be using the Forum frequently. For instance, how many Nomad owners have upgraded to hydraulic steering and what was involved?
