New to the board and Trawlers but not new to boating. We finally closed yesterday on our 1974 Marine Trader 34 Sedan  This board was extremely helpful during our search by answering questions and even allowing us to reach a previous owner of the boat! Looking forward to contributing and connecting with other MT 34 owners as well as other Trawler owners. We are located in Virginia Beach, VA Cheers!

Jeff!
So VERY glad for you. You deserve such a wonderful, classy lady.

Welcome to this forum....a most wonderful place to learn, share and laugh!

Tim

Thanks Tim! What a long strange trip its been!! We are very excited and itching to bring her home!

Welcome aboard!

Sure looks nice, especially for a 1974! More pics please!

PS. I know that's a Bruce-type claw anchor you're hiding behind that piling. Let's see more!

Yea, more pix. Really looks neat, especially with those nice windows.

Congrats! Well done.

Here’s a few more. One of the previous owners went all out with the renovation - I’m sure glad he did!!

Welcome to Trawler Forum . Nice looking boat.

Congratulations! We just recently bought out boat and know how you are feeling. The waiting for the trip home was soooo hard for us. We were like little kids running around playing with everything. Enjoy!

Welcome aboard and congrats on your sweet buy! Just in time to get a leak test, so it seems.:)

Good-looking boat with nice improvements. Welcome aboard as well!

Hi Folks,

I am also new to the forum and a new owner of a 1978 Marine Trader. I have only had her for about 3 weeks and have already fell in love with her. She needs some work but I am looking forward to bringing her back to former glory!!

Congrats to both of you!
