Hello All!

Joined the forum this morning and have not been able to stop reading the threads all day.

Seems like an excellent group of people and a wealth of knowledge. We just put our R-27 on the market and the build of our Helmsman Trawlers 43 PH kicked off last week. We will take delivery in March and couldn't be more excited.

Coming from a Ranger Tug, we had the Tugnuts forum which was a big part of our purchase decision. I am confident we have found a great new home here at Trawler Forum.

Looking forward to reading all of your wonderful stories, and wealth of information!

Thanks for the warm welcome! We boat in the Hudson River, about 30 miles north of New York city. We are a bit younger, in our mid 30's and are looking to get a headstart on our cruising lifestyle while we can. We Spend a lot of time on anchor, and are starting to expand our cruising grounds. We are very excited to go through the build process. Have found the threads from other owners and know we made a sound decision in choosing Helmsman for our next boat!
