Hello, I’ve been lurking here for a month or two and have found the forum to be very useful and interesting. I’ve had my GB woody for a little over a year. it’s my third boat but first trawler. Im based in the Seattle area and put on about 250 hours. The FL diesel has about 6000 hours and boat has been covered the past 20 years. Thanks

Congrats on your new boat. I applaud you for taking on the challenge of maintaining a woodie. I love working on boats but not to that level. We will absolutely need photos...

You have chosen a fine vessel! We miss ours every day.

The first boat that four of us greenhorns took to Alaska was a 1968 GB 32. That was in 1990. A sweet boat, but loved our GB 50 even more!

I spent almost three decades as the boat slave to a 1972 GB42 woodie which the current slave tells me is up for sale (his health reasons). Fine vessels. I had a friend with a 32 woodie we went fishing on out of San Diego. Fun boat.
