Prayers for everyone affected by this massive storm.
I have a cousin in Panama City. Fortunately she and her husband left before this thing came ashore. As much as it's difficult to say at times, things can be replaced.
I was supposed to be in Carrabelle this weekend for a wedding. Obviously everything is cancelled, but I had the opportunity this morning to speak with the owner of the house where we were going to stay. She was very matter of fact, calm and was quick to point out that other places were much harder hit than they were. And although they lost a few houses and what have you, she said "everyone in the city is accounted for."
What a lady.
