We do appreciate the kind words and something tells me you're doing fine on your own. Now, what I'd say to anyone is if stress is adversely impacting your quality of life, then I'd suggest taking steps to reduce it. It's not worth it. Different people find different ways to reduce it. Some may be changing our mindset and since the thread is Nutrition some may be lifestyle such as food, drink and exercise.
