Dry Dock sinks

Interesting. Sounds more like loss of control of the ballast system than a "sinking"
 
Obviously a power outage stopped the pumps and the dock was filled with water. Would it be such a rusty burst, the dock was made in 1982 in Sweden and the pictures show a rather bad condition, typical of the Russian ... The ship ruptured on the water line and the cover of the equipment was damaged because the lift cranes crashed on the ship.

That pic is 7 years old and those look like two big old rusty fuel tanks back then! Have to guess they only sank to the bottom so now they are a "dock" :)
