I cracked a sliding side window when installing a (too long) screw for the screen. A local shop made a replacement from my measurements. But it happens that the panes and frames are not perfectly square (as they appear). Apparently the factory installed the frames and then cut the panes to fit. It wasn't off by much, but enough that I had to take the cracked piece to the shop to use as a template. This is just a heads up in case it happens to you. For the record, the tint on our 440 glass is bronze and it is very dark "privacy glass" as used in school busses, for example. If you have a sliding side window, that pane cannot be removed until the fixed pane in front of it is removed. The sliding pane can then be lifted high enough into the upper track for the bottom edge to the clear the outside edge of the lower track. Cutting the bonding material to free the fixed pane is a pain. Again, FYI.
