Are they screw in bulbs? super small? Can you post a photo of a bulb? If they are, I might be able to help.

There is no separate replacement bulb. The entire assembly is replaced. It will have pigtail leads. Go for LED replacements. Buy enough for your whole panel.
About $2 each.

Mouser Electronics has them. P/N 606-2194A1-28V; Red Diffused. I purchased some last winter...didn’t see an LED alternative.
