Nilsson Windlass Shaft Seal

Servicing a Maxwell-Nilsson Vertical 1000 Windlass
While waiting for response from Nilsson as to part availability I'm hoping someone else may have identified an alternative part.
I am trying to find a seal for the vertical shaft at the deck plate. It appears that a press in lip seal is a possibility. The remains that I removed are not sufficient to identify - it looks like the previous solution was a wrap of shaft seal packing over the seal and not much was left.

I need shaft size, carrier size, height. Seal profile would help

Taking it to the shop so I can get some accurate measurements, will follow up with what I can get.
Not enough left for a profile. The pdf of the parts diagram doesn't show much.

Brass plate in center of photo is upside down. it faces against base plate which is then placed over shaft.
Shaft is 1.5" Diameter
Recess in brass plate is 1.64" round x.16"deep. when set onto base there is an additional .56" face to face. Depth for seal?
Measurements on base plate 2.06" inside diameter of hub with 1.94" outside diameter of machined inner face and then 1.5"+open for shaft.
