Xantrex echo charger

Can I use this product between a wet cell bank and an agm battery? My genset battery is hard to access for service, so I plan to replace it with an agm.

I called Xantrex and couldn't get through. Any help would be much appreciated.

Does it have settings for flooded, gel, and AGM? If it does, set it on flooded. That should be close enough to keep your AGM up without boiling your flooded. If it doesn't have a selection, it is probably set for flooded.

After you make all the batts the same , and reprogram your batt charger and your altenators voltage regulator , an $18 dollar RV solenoid will do the combining with no fear of a complex circuit board getting fried.
