Grand Banks Alarm Panel

I have a 92 GB. We can not get the engine control alarm lights to illuminate, unless turning the engine power breaker off, when they will flash.

Has anyone ever troubleshooted these panels?

I have 12 vdc at the panel. I can not force the lights on, even at the terminal block. Alarm buzzer works.

What am I missing?

Lights may be burned out??? Get a meter and see if there is voltage to the light fixture. Always start with the easy stuff first.

All lights are good 12 vdc to panel, should illuminate when grounded, but doesn't. Weird.

Then I would check and clean all the ground connections. They can get loose, dirty easily.
