VDO Viewline Gauges on Cummins Problem

Im trying to install new VDO Viewline Gauges on my Nordic Tug with a Cummins 6BTA. Original Gauges are 2003 vintage VDO. Problem Im having is new gauges dont seem to be compatible with the Cummins Alarm panel. The gauges read correct but the alarms do not go off. Any thoughts or experience.

Not sure which VDO gauges you are using but I put in new VDO tachs with hour meters on my 6CTAs last winter. I called VDO support and they were very helpful. PM me if you want the phone numbers.

The instructions that came with my tachs were pretty useless. The support guys sent me some that were helpful, wonder why they don’t include the good directions with the gauges…
