Perko searchlight part

Has anybody replaced a fungus-damaged mirror in a Perko searchlight or had it recoated?

There are actually Perko spot light sites for different parts like that. Even a few fan sites. Strange, but true.

I found them by mistake when I was looking for info on my 8-inch Jabsco spot light. I was quite amused when I saw them. They had everything available to rebuild or replace your light though.


You may try some chrome or silver paint also.

The reflector in question is 9 inches in diameter. I found 10-, 12-, and 14-inch reflectors at Fisheries Supply for Perko lights starting at 470 buckaroos. Chroming starts to sound like an option.
