Pgi-NL makes spare parts kits for tis generators. I don't know about what local dealers may have in stock. I know you can order them direct from NL or through the local dealer. I would imagine that it should not take more than 5-7 days to get them even if ordered. They are pretty complete and come in a nice storage case, well labeled. We have kits for our 8kw and 20kw. I did not price out the entire kit, but the items I did price let me conclude that the kit was easier and cheaper than the hassle of figuring our which spare parts I needed and then ordering them all separately.
