I have an older version of noble tech running on a laptop. We are considering upgrading to Time zero navigator. Any suggestions as to hardware upgrades, monitors, computers, etc. I prefer separate sounders, gps, radar.

I use TZ on a standard PC running win 7 with a 32" LG monitor. In the past I ran it on a Mac running windows 7. Also in the past, it ran fine on a 2005 Dell. I use a GT-331R for gps that receives Russian, Euro and US gps. It is not my primary nav program so no other gps, radar, sounders are connected. I never use the 3d function, but I'm an old navy trained navigator that's used to reading flat charts.
