To load shed the relay you purchasewill be NC normally closed , and a single wire from the more priority load that is powered when the unit switches on is used as control.

Grainger used to list units that were well rated and could be switched from NO normally open to NC easily.

Don't have their number but they were about $60 each , which should be EZ to beat with an internet hunt.

Make a list of ALL the loads , and decide which can be deprived for an hour with no problems.
