The reason I purchased my Garmin Fantom radar was because of the ability to put a newbie at the helm and tell them, red is bad, let me know if there is a red target you are concerned about. The red targets I am concerned most about are the ones behind me, not in front. The guys with the 1000 hp fishing boat with no AIS heading home, running up behind me fast, are the ones I get nervous about.
