There are a variety of chargers that claim to be able to desulfate without resorting to high voltages and are safe for AGM, but rather various high frequency AC. There have been studies and papers on the effectiveness of this, and you'd have to decide for yourself if buying a charger to attempt to get lost capacity back would be worth the time, cost and trouble.
