Drawing programs

I just saw someone mention Inkscape. I had to use this recently and, as with most software, there is an initial learning curve. The reason I used it was that I was trying to get a gasket cut (for the waterpump/engine on my Lehman) and the laser cutter requires a .svg file. Inkscape can output .svg.
By the way, the gasket worked fine and I am happy to share the file.
