Converting GPS Files

I have a Lowrance HDS-7 Gen 1. All the route files are in a Lowrance .USR file. I use active captain and was trying to download my route to my Lowrance. But Lowrance does not support the file from active capt as it is a .gpx file.

I found this conversion site that is free and will convert all kinds of files. Very cool place:
