Bilge pump relay bank

My Mainship 40T has a bank of 8 relays connecting the bilge pumps and alarms. It seems to be continually drawing approximately 6 amps off the starting battery banks. Is this normal or do I have a new project? Any suggestions would be appreciated

Not normal, probably due to a failed pump. 6amps is about the normal current of a seized pump.
