Alarm codes on Xantrex Freedom 25 ?

We have a 2004 Xantrex inverter with a Prosine 20+ charger. While underway last week, we were charging our battery bank with the running generator. This was providing power to the charger. The genny shutdown because of an overheat (impeller shredded) sequence. We got to port, changed the impeller and everything seemed fine. Now our Inverter has 2 LED's flashing (and nothing else) and we are unable to invert or charge thru the Inverter. The status LED's or activity does not change regardless of what we do.

We performed the "reset" sequence per the manual which is remove the remote panel cord, turn off unit, remove 120 VAC input and 12 VDC negative cable and let it sit for 5 minutes. Still no change ?????

We just had to send our Xantrex freedom 20 off to have the control board replaced. Could no longer control it from the control panel. I will have to look up the name of the place but it was the inverter service center in TN. They were quick and great.
