Poke a tiny screwdriver or maybe the end of a paper clip in the little slot on each breaker. That will release it.

Exacttly
A very small flat screwdriver ,ike ones for instrumentation adjustment works perfectly.
They are normally on so not meant to br turned on/off very often.
If you check behind the panel some stay on when the batty sw is off but others turn off with the batty sw.
