I have a 60 watt 12 volt appliance with a 110v brick that converts up to the 110v shorepower. Should I just run it straight to 12v and let the 6 amp marinco battery charger keep my 2 batteries topped off? I wouldn't mind saving my sing 110v pilot house outlet for something else

You can probably do that, but you are limited to roughly 1.7 kWh (6 amps x 12Volts x 24 hours), per day of power use on your batteries if the only charging source is 6 amps. If you always use more power than that the batteries will slowly go dead.

If you need more power than that, you can add another charger in parallel with the one you have now.
